Very nice facilities and rooms. Helpful front desk staff. Convenient location near the Camino. Laundry room available. Good kitchen for cooking after a hike.

Great common space with TV, plenty of tables, and comfy sofas. Really convenient location, close to the Camino and in the heart of the city. Plus, the kitchen seemed well-equipped for cooking.
No temperature check during check-in, which is concerning given the current situation.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The common space was fantastic, with a TV, plenty of tables, and comfortable sofas. It was a great place to relax and socialize with other guests. The staff at the front desk provided excellent service, making my stay pleasant and attending to all my needs. They were friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the Camino and in the heart of the city. This made it convenient for exploring the area and accessing transportation options. I was impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the staff's top-notch service.

I had a fantastic time at this albergue in Arzua. The common space was inviting with TVs, plenty of tables, and comfortable sofas. The location was perfect, right next to the Camino and in the heart of the city. The facilities and rooms were very nice, and I especially appreciated the helpful service from the front desk. They went out of their way to make my stay pleasant and catered to all of my needs. Plus, having access to a laundry room was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this albergue for a great experience.

We stayed at Albergue Via Lactea in Arzua for a few nights while walking the Camino. The common space was inviting with TV, ample tables, and comfy sofas. The front desk service was great, as the gentleman was helpful and made our stay pleasant. The location was ideal, right next to the Camino, and the facilities and rooms were very nice. We also appreciated having a laundry room available.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
